Cheerful 6-bedroom Villa with hot tub

Please read through our guidelines, and thank you for booking the Villa by the Sea! ABSOLUTELY 0 TOLERANCE FOR NOISE PAST 10 PM. •No partying of any kind (inside or outside of property): This is a working residential neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise level must be minimal after 10pm. There is a noise-level city ordinance, and we do not want any complaints. Complaints could result in loss of our business license. Violation of this house rule will result in the reservation being canceled by AIRBNB and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding. • No unregistered guests: Only guests on the original booking are allowed on the property. DEPOSIT IS NOT TAKEN UPON BOOKING! Only if any damages to the property occur. • Please wash off dishes and leave no food remnants, the food will stick to the dishes. • There are 3 separate thermostats for the separate areas of the home. • No mailing packages (receiving or sending). • Any damage from pets will be charged to guest. • No excessive guests. • No smoking: If the house smells like smoke or weed, there will be a $375 charge for deodorizing the house. • Studio apartment upstairs and back house off limits. These are homes to my brother and I. Backyard is completely private for guest use only so do not worry about opening windows etc because it is private. • Rooftop accessible for guest use! It is shared with host (only access for hosts front door). • Please do not flush tampons or any other foreign objects. • No cooking with ingredients/spices that leave strong odors (e.g., fish, curry, garlic, broccoli, etc.) • Please use all provided coasters to protect the wood surfaces through out the home. • Please use the cutting boards & do not cut directly on the counter tops. • Minimum 24-hour notice for reservation alteration requests. • Late checkout past 10am: $25 • Excessive guests (after 10 guests) will be charged at $75 per guest. • Excessive cleaning: if the place is left with trash everywhere/or food: $75. Please throw away trash before departure, outside back gate behind garage there are 4 bins. Thank you so much!
